Celebrating 419 Day 2020

419 Day. A day to celebrate all of the amazing people, places and things in the Toledo Region. While this year looks a little different due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are still ways to celebrate the city we live in and love.

Here are 10 activities we suggest: 

1. Shine in your 419 – Post of a photo of you wearing your 419/Toledo gear, make sure you tag us- @toledoregion

2. Change your profile/cover picture to one of your favorite spots in the region. 

3. #Getoutsideyourself at one of our amazing Metroparks! Check out their LIST of ways to enjoy nature from your own back yard.

4. Jam out to some virtual live music via Toledo Livestream.

5. Bored in the house? Complete one of our Toledo Region jigsaw puzzles.

6. Use that library card and download some free e-media from the Toledo Library, so many options to keep you busy.

7. Tune in Sunday night on WGTE to watch the re-airing of Toledo Symphony’s Great Women of Music performance.

8. You may not be able to visit, but you can take enjoy virtual of one of our region’s awesome museums:

    Toledo Museum of Art

    National Museum of the Great Lakes

    Imagination Station

    Toledo Zoo & Aquarium

9. Take a trip back in time, participate in the Unholy Toledo Self-Guided Tour and get the inside scoop/history on Toledo’s unholiest gangster mobs. You can take the tour right from your car!

10. #Supportlocal, order takeout from one of the awesome restaurants in the region. Not sure where to go and what to eat? TOL TAKEOUT has dozens of suggestions, or participate in #LOVETOLEDO BINGO created by Destination Toledo.
