New Incubation Hub Coming to Downtown Toledo
Bitwise Industries, a Fresno, California-based tech company, announced today that it will open its first location outside California in Toledo. The company will partner with ProMedica for a $30 million renovation of the historic Jefferson Center in Uptown as a new office for Bitwise and an incubation hub for tech and non-tech businesses.
Bitwise will also create hundreds of tech jobs for the community by working with underserved populations that are traditionally left out of the technology industry.
Bitwise was founded by University of Toledo graduate Irma L. Olguin Jr. The tech ecosystem is designed to activate human potential to elevate underdog cities around the country.
