Winterfest Returns for 2015-2016
Winterfest returns during the 2015-16 Walleye season! Although the 2015-16 event will not include the outdoor ice rink, the wintertime community festival will again feature many family fun events and activities in December 2015 and January 2016 throughout Toledo.

ADULT & CHILD ON-ICE HOCKEY CLINIC - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2015
Share a new (and awesome!) T-Town Hockey experience with your child by playing hockey together at the Huntington Center! The Toledo Walleye will host the first ever Adult and Child Hockey Camp on Sunday, December 20, 2015. The camp will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
COMMUNITY OPEN SKATE - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2015
Celebrate the season and skate where the pros skate! As part of our annual Winterfest celebration, the Walleye will host holiday-themed Community Open Skate events at the Huntington Center on Saturday, December 26 and Saturday, January 2. The Open Skate sessions will feature holiday music, movies and fun activities for the whole family!
HOLY TOLEDO NIGHT - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2015
Holy Toledo! The phrase stirs up plenty of civic pride in the Glass City. As part of a community-wide celebration of winter and fun, the Walleye are teaming up with WIOT and WVKS to host our Winterfest Holy Toledo Night at the Huntington Center on Saturday, December 26. The night will feature entertainment from many of our Winterfest partners and the Walleye will wear Holy Toledo- themed jerseys in their game against the Wheeling Nailers.
WINTERFEST DOWNTOWN DOUBLEHEADER - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2015
The Toledo Walleye and the Bowling Green State University hockey team will both be in action at the Huntington Center on Wednesday, December 30 during the Winterfest Downtown Doubleheader. The Falcons will take on Western Michigan at 5 p.m., followed by the Walleye taking on Elmira at 8 p.m.
WINTERFEST NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2015
Make this New Year's Eve a night to remember! Celebrate the start of 2016 in style during the second annual Winterfest New Year's Eve Party at the BirdCage Bar and Grill located at the Mud Hens ballpark. The party starts on December 31, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. and lasts until January 1, 2016 at 1:30 a.m. Only 300 tickets available!

SUPERHERO & VILLIAN NIGHT - SATURDAY, JANUARY 2, 2016
It’s going to be a super evening at the Huntington Center, as the Walleye are teaming up with iHeartRadio to host Superhero and Villain Night on Saturday, January 2. There will be superhero sightings all night long, face painters, a superhero photo booth, and much more fun! Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero (or villain) that night.
SPIKE'S WINTERFEST BIRTHDAY BASH - SUNDAY, JANUARY 3, 2016
We’re throwing a big party in honor of Toledo’s favorite fish and you're invited! The Toledo Walleye will host Spike’s Birthday Bash at the Huntington Center on Sunday, January 3. It’s just one of the many wonderful activities happening during Winterfest. Many of Spike’s mascot friends will be on hand to help celebrate the big day. Those attending the party will be served ice cream and cake, and will have great photo opportunities with the mascots.
WALLEYE WINTER BREWFEST - SATURDAY, JANUARY 9, 2016
Tap into a beer lover's wintertime paradise at the second annual Winter Brewfest at Fifth Third Field. Don't miss out on the fun, as beer beginners and experienced enthusiasts will get to sample more than 250 beers from over 50 breweries while enjoying live music on two stages AND fun and games all around the main concourse!
WINTERFEST YOUTH HOCKEY TOURNAMENT - FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2016 - MONDAY, JANUARY 18
It’s the stuff dreams are made of, scoring a championship winning goal on a professional hockey rink. Those dreams can become reality during the annual Walleye Winterfest Youth Hockey.
