Every year, the Toledo Region lights up the sky to celebrate the 4th of July! We’ve curated a list of 16 great celebrations occurring throughout the Region this weekend.
July 1-4: Light Up The Point, Cedar Point
Enjoy fireworks every night of the weekend, plus a spectacular 3-D fireworks display on the 4th.

July 2: Marblehead Bay Point Fireworks
Spend Saturday in the sand at Marblehead Bay Point. Music in the park with Dragon Wagon begins at 7, followed by the fireworks show at dusk.

July 2: Oregon Boomfest
Vroom, Vroom, BOOM! Oregon has a fun day planned with a car show from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., live entertainment, and a fireworks display at dusk.

July 3: Findlay Independence Celebration
A family friendly day is waiting for you at the fairgrounds! Beginning at 4:00 p.m. live music, food, and family fun will lead up to an exciting Fourth of July Fireworks display.

July 3: Sylvania’s Star Spangled Celebration
The always popular Centennial Terrace will be bustling with a carnival feel in honor of America’s Birthday. Clowns, live music, and dancing precede the highly anticipated fireworks show at 10:00 p.m.

July 3: Maumee Spectacular Fireworks
Picnics are a great American pastime. So why not try a few of the great picnic style food options provided in Maumee for dinner, just before the fireworks show to celebrate the Fourth of July? Fireworks are shot off the Conant Street Bridge – park early, bring a blanket, and enjoy!

All aboard!! The most unique view of Cedar Point’s fireworks show, from a boat in the middle of Lake Erie. Reservations are required for this fun opportunity!

Hosted by the Wauseon Fire Department, the entire day is filled with family fun from bounce houses and live music, to the exciting fireworks display in the evening.

July 4: Red, White, KaBOOM, Toledo’s Marina District
In what is being called “The Biggest and Best Celebration Toledo Has Ever Seen” by event director Mike Mori, Toledo will celebrate America’s freedom in style from 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Easily the largest show in NW Ohio, the annual event is in its 8th year.
