The chefs with the Toledo Mud Hens have been busy preparing new dishes for the season! Here are our favorites from a recent tasting.

1. Caramel Apple Nachos

With caramel-y goodness soothing your taste-buds in every bite, the Caramel Apple Nachos were a crowd favorite. Even Muddonna couldn’t keep her eyes away from this tasty dish.

2. Spicy California Club

Another crowd pleaser, the Spicy California Club is stacked high with delicious flavors, including guacamole and an excellent pretzel bun.

3. Holy Toledo Burger

It could certainly be called the Holy “Tall-edo” Burger. Easily standing at 6+ inches tall, this culinary delight needs the support of a steak knife to remain upright.

4. Pot Roast Poutine

A home run dish, the new Pot Roast Poutine sits on a bed of french-fries and is covered in a gravy-esque sauce that will knock your taste buds right out of the park.

Opening Day is this Thursday, April 7 and has been declared a Municipal Holiday by City Council. Get out there on Thursday and be ready to cheer our Mud Hens to victory!
