49th Annual National Tractor Pulling Championships Invade Pulltown, U.S.A.

The National Tractor Pullers Association invades the Wood County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green, Ohio (a.k.a Pulltown, U.S.A.) for a three-day, five-session Super National event. Twelve divisions will compete on the legendary twin tracks of the 49th annual National Tractor Pulling Championships on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, August 21-23.

The National Tractor Pulling Championships is the largest outdoor Truck and Tractor Pull pulling around 60,000 fans annually from around the country.

In 2014, the National Tractor Pulling Championships was named the Super National Pull of the Year at the NTPA Awards Banquet.

In tractor and truck pulling, vehicles vie to pull a metal sled the greatest distance along a straight, dirt track as the sled's resistance increases. The National Tractor Pulling Championships are part of the NTPA's Grand National series, with vehicles earning points throughout the summer toward their division's Grand National championship.

The National Tractor Pulling Championships are the final event in the 2015 Shell Rotella Cup Series.
