Lucas County Commissioners Announce $30 million Downtown Hotel Project
The Lucas County Commissioners announce a public-private partnership with Key Hotel and Property Management to redevelop the former Seagate Hotel located in downtown Toledo into a new dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites hotel. The $30 million, 200+ room renovation will serve as the dedicated hotel to the SeaGate Convention Centre.
