Regional Growth Partnership (RGP) Announces Record 2017 Impact
The Regional Growth Partnership serves 17 counties of Northwest Ohio as the lead economic development organization by proactively marketing and selling the region to both national and international audiences.
In collaboration with their partners at the local, regional and state levels, the RGP reported a robust 2017 for Northwest Ohio, with capital investment across the region reaching $4 billion. The record-breaking investment involved 131 projects and produced nearly 4,000 jobs.
Building upon their momentum from 2017, an additional 125 projects are being pursued that have the potential of creating more than 19,000 jobs and adding $12.4 billion in capital investment to the region’s economy in 2018.
